Hi I am Jane, an Aussie lady 52yo with no current responsibilities considering the idea of relocating for a while, possibly overseas and possibly indefinitely.
I would like to spend some extended time in a range of various places to explore the realities of living there so think that a house-sit opportunity would give me a good idea of the situation before I make any decisions.
I have recently sold my house in Brisbane, my 2 daughters are grown up and independent and my partner has run off with some floozy. Time for an adventure!
I am very house-proud (been accused of OCD) and respectful of others' property and would treat your home as I would my own.
I am practical and down to earth, able to deal with most unexpected events. I do love all animals but most experience with domestic dogs/cats/fish, also chooks, donkeys. Currently have none of my own so enjoy the various local wildlife menagerie.
I house and dog sat in Thailand last year and have also completed local sits. Obviously, references are available on request.
