We are a mature professional couple who have been together for 7 years. Benjamin is an engineer and entreprenuer. Amberlynn is a caring nanny and competitive gymnastics coach who will be going back to school for a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy at the end of We are both non-smokers (and prefer that you don't smoke at your place either), drug-free and are not partiers. We've grown up with pets (cats and dogs) and we are happy to care for a well trained dog or friendly cat. We can hold a working conversation in Spanish and enjoy fumbling through some very simple French, Russian and Chinese.
We are looking for a change of pace from the busy corporate world. We love to travel and immerse ourselves in new cultures. Traveling outside of the normal tourist destinations and becoming one with the locals is more of our style. Rather than go on a vacation, we're looking to find a cute place to call home for a little while.
We have housesit locally for friends and family from time to time. We've been living and renting a house together for 3 years and always treat our rental as if it were our own home. Ben is a resourceful engineer who always finds solutions to challenging situations. He has travelled through much of North, Central and South America by motorcycle as well. Amber is a professional Nanny and Gymnastics Coach. She's crafty and enjoys cleaning (seriously - she does!).
