Hello and thanks for considering us to care for your pets and home.
We are tidy, non-smoking animal lovers who have shared our lives with 10 dogs, 4 cats, a mouse and fish over the years. Our most recent pets were 2 Shelties and a cat, all of who lived to ripe old ages, giving us extensive experience with both older pets and energetic puppies and kittens.
We were homeowners for more than twenty years and understand the care required for such prized possessions. We are well versed in home maintenance and have extensive home improvement experience including gardening, painting, and fixture replacement. We know from personal experience that having capable and caring sitters makes leaving home and pets a lot easier.
A former executive in the financial services sector, Garrett served two years as President of the Board of Four Paws for Ability, a US based non-profit that provides service dogs to disabled children around the world. I spent 4 years as a volunteer diver at the Newport Aquarium, feeding and observing the fish and other aquatic critters for health issues, interacting with patrons, and cleaning the big tanks from the inside. This included weekly dives in a tank full of rays, eels and huge sharks. Yikes!
Garrett now works seasonally as a tour guide, meaning I often sit without him. I work part time for .
