We are a German couple, my name is Katrin and I´m 29 and my financee Sven is 40. We are a couple since 13 year and we did housesitting twice at this time. The first house was in Edmonton (Alberta, Canada) for 1 week. We took care of a gorgeous dog, two lovely cats and 8 hard-working chickens and a rooster. The second housecarer experience we made in North Vancouver we looked after a old nice cat for also 1 week. The cat needed oral medical treatment twice a day. Currently the two references are uploaded and you can also contact the two families and ask them for their experiences with us as housecarer. Here some details from us, I have a degree in Business Administration (MBA Marketing & Sales) and working as Head of Marketing in E-Commerce. Sven is a Quality Manager and is working for an automobile supplier as Head of Quality and was 1 year a resident engineer at Eaton Corporation in USA. We are active, sportive, healthy, non-smoking, reliable, capable and neat. Will keep your home clean and treat it with respect. We love going for walks with dogs and playing with cats. We are mostly the housecarers of our family and friends pets and we had fishes and hamsters by ourselves. Additionally we are able to keep your plants happy as well.
The reason why we would like to do house-sitting is to experience countries, counties, cities and citizenship with their language, lifestyle and many more. We don’t want to travel as tourists with a bird’s eye view. We would like to live “real” and down to earth with everything which belongs to like pets and plants e.g.
