Hello,
I am extremely responsible technology consultant and artist and have until recently been working full time as the VP of Operations and Finance at Artspace , an online platform for fine art. I have left that position this fall to concentrate full-time on my art career. I have a diverse background in both business/technology and art: I have a degree in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Columbia University, and have also studied painting and drawing at the Art Students League in NYC and in Florence, Italy. I live in New York City and own my own apartment in Greenwich Village, a co-op where I have lived for the past 10 years.
I will be traveling a lot this year for various art projects I am working on, coming back and forth to NYC. For that reason I have decided to rent out my apartment in Manhattan to help pay for my art projects. So I am looking to house sit in an apartment for the periods when I am back in New York City.
I have rented my apartment from time to time over the past 10 years, so I understand how important it is to have someone stay in your home that is responsible, clean and respectful of your space. I will most certainly treat your home as if it was mine.
I love animals and have had dogs and cats since I was a child, so I really enjoy and am very comfortable taking care of pets.
I can provide you with recommendations as well.
Thank you!
William Claps
