I have worked as a veterinary nurse for many years, and love looking after animals of any species. I work part time doing paperwork for our business while I travel and I am also an artist. I am extremely house proud, and think that all guests should leave a house cleaner than the condition they found it! When I was younger I worked over a year as a house cleaner and actually love cleaning.
My husband owns an IT company for which he mainly works remotely via the internet, from the location we are at the time (he has other staff back at home). He also has many years background in emergency veterinary triage for animals, and has a lot of wildlife experience.
Coming from our acreage property, we are aware of the needs for grass cutting, fencing, pumps and tractor maintenance. We have a large native garden at home and are more than happy to garden.
We have two well raised, well mannered and polite children aged six and eight who love and are used to all manner of animals.
We have excellent house sitting references and own our own home on acreage which we have rented as we travel. We have our own caravan and car, and are happy to stay in our own caravan if required.
We are generally looking at longer house sits, and we are currently looking at areas around Bellingen, Coffs Harbour or Dorrigo as we are considering moving to the area.
Our requirements: A)House sits near to a rural primary school preferred. B)Must have good mobile coverage (Telstra).
Security: I have a working with children card and we are more than happy to organise a police check. We are happy to leave a bond if required. We have excellent references and I am very house proud and like to leave a house cleaner than I found it!
