I am Julie a professional housekeeper formerly looking after a Scottish castle, caretaking in the owners absence and looking after the children and pets for six years. I have also worked for the local council education department for fifteen years working with children in art. I am a freelance artist, painting and sculpting animals mainly cats. I would like to find a housesit as a retreat. I can care for the pets and there home and at the same time work on my drawings, designs have time for study. I can bring my artwork with me wherever I go.
Presently I'm employed as a gardener and pet sitter in my local area . I have many years experience housesitting/ pet sitting and can provide references from my happy clients whom I have cared for their pets and looked after their property. I don't smoke and I do drive, I've travelled all over Europe mainly France where I feel most at home. I grew up with cats ,dogs and two owls for pets. I have a deep love of animals and nature. This is reflected in and what inspires my artwork. I love walking in the countryside as it gives me the opportunity to see all the things you miss when driving and keeps me fit too.
