We are a gregarious, semi-retired professional couple (best buds-not romantically involved) living in Las Vegas, NV. Although close to our families, (we both have children and grandchildren) they live independent lives of their own and we are "free birds". As published authors and active internet marketers we are very flexible in our schedules.
Tom was a Realtor and mortgage banker most of his working life. He knows real estate. He owned and lived in 10 different houses, three of which were 6,000 sf or larger. He owned and managed rental houses as well.
While living in Mexico he adopted an Irish Setter from a shelter, and rescued a German Shepherd and Labrador Mix from the street. Tom took daily 6 mile walks with them. They had great fun climbing the mountain trails. Eventually, he found them loving homes in Mexico before moving back to the States in He continues to walk 6 miles a day.
I am a previous homeowner in South Florida. We are both military veterans, disciplined, responsible, positive (can-do attitudes) and trustworthy. We truly feel that everywhere we live is our home. In other words, rest assured that we would absolutely care for your home and pets as our own. We have the further flexibility that if one of us cannot finish the assignment, for whatever reason, the other is perfectly capable of continuing the house-sitting assignment without missing a beat. In other words, completing our assignment is not dependent upon each others presence.
We have a profound respect for other people’s property and possessions. We are competent and responsible real estate managers, having been homeowners most of our lives. We are extremely active, in excellent health, and are comfortable doing normal home maintenance. We are eager and excited to accept your professional assignment.

4. ) Feb Las Vegas, NV Feb 22 and 23. Two-story, five bedroom, three bath home with pool, two dogs, and five chickens. Responsibilities: General housekeeping. Security of home. Feeding and care of animals.
