We are a family of moving back to Qld from the NT after twelve years. We have extensive experience in renting and also looking after friends houses when they have also been away on holidays and long vacations (which happens a lot with people in the NT).
John and I operate our own business from home so we an be available to pets during the day but it also provides great security as we are always around. We are extremely trustworthy and respectful - active Christian family with 2 older kids - Son is twelve this year and our Daughter is nineteen this year.
My husband and I are both ex-defence and I used to also be a Police Officer in Queensland many years ago. We both have current Ochre Cards which is the equivalent of a Blue Card in Queensland (this requires a current Police Check). Hubby is also a fully qualified electrician and has consequently saved our landlords substantial amounts of money in years gone by.
We are a family of animal lovers and have experience with just about every kind of animal you could name. We are a quiet bunch of homebodies who just really enjoy being at home together and making the most of quality down time. It would be great to find some house sitting opportunities close to family in the Sunshine Coast area because that's our main reason for moving home.
