I am a reliable, tidy, and respectful person having been responsible for many leases and keeping properties in great condition. I try to treat other people's house better than my own as being a house owner, I understand the difference knowing that your house is being treated and looked after properly. I can look after cats or dogs, I work (close to to Centennial Park and also sometimes in Mascot), but would definitely ensure the dog gets a morning and evening walk.
I have lived all over the Eastern Suburbs and know the area very well. I am from the UK and been in Sydney for years, a permanent resident (soon to be a citizen). I'm currently living in Clovelly where I have resided for years, before this Bondi, Surry Hills and Edgecliff. The owners of the house I live in are looking to sell and so I am looking to house sit for short-mid length periods while I am in between places.
