My place is quite remote; 2.4 miles up a dirt road. It is peaceful and beautiful and the view is spectacular. It is off the grid and without running water in the house. No mobile service. No TV. I do have wifi though. I'm looking for a reliable person who is also familiar with 12 volt electricity and understands the systems. The garden needs watering twice a day (unless it rains) and the chickens must be fed, watered and let in and out of the coop each morning and evening. The ideal person is also comfortable using outdoor composting toilet and outdoor shower. This person must have their own transportation. I would prefer a non smoker.
