Hi there, I have been a dog owner for over 25 years and grew up with dogs. I am semi-retired and self-employed so am able to create my own schedule for teaching courses in massage, which also allows for weeks off at a time for travelling. My own little welsh terrier, Darby, passed away last year, so very much enjoy minding the "fur babies" of others. Whenever I see dogs my heart melts. I am also a home owner and am Very clean and organized and respectful of the space of others. Also my sister and her husband are retired and they live 6 months a year in the Largo, Florida area. I would be able to housesit in that area, during the winter months. Dates can be flexible. Also am interested to house sit, in the area of southern California. Regarding my background and security clearances - I have worked for the federal government as a radio inspector, with top secret security clearance. Also, I am a Nexus card holder, which includes fingerprinting. A Nexus card allows the holder to expedite border clearance, as a low risk, pre-approved traveller into the United States and Canada. I also have a "police certificate" letter, which includes a criminal check and clearance through the capital city of Ottawa, Canada.
