“YOU’RE LIKE EVERYONE’S FAVORITE COUSIN”
That’s what one of my house-sitting clients told me. She said I reminded her of her cousin Julia, who was always the first to clean up after a family dinner, feed the cat, and do whatever was needed to help out.
Throughout my life I have always volunteered in various ways in my community, from serving meals to homeless people to preparing food at a disabled children’s camp to playing piano at nursing homes. (As a young woman I won a local Good Citizenship Award twice.)
I’m happy to send you any additional information, such as my professional “ ” profile link or my resume. I do have a profile but don’t post very often; I’m on there mostly to keep current on what my friends and extended family are doing.
My experience
I've done house- and pet-sitting in the United States, England, and Spain (references available upon request). Also, I have good recommendations from “ ” hosts in Belgium and Italy.
My son and his family live in Brussels, so I’m interested in house-sits anywhere in Europe. House-sitting is a way I can fulfill my passion for traveling and see my grandchildren more often. Also, I consider house-sitting as the ideal way to “be a local” and explore an area in a way not otherwise possible.
I help you by caring for your home — and you help me by expanding my ability to see more of this beautiful world.
If you’d like to make a personal connection, please contact me so we can set up a phone call, or online chat at your earliest convenience. Thank you for browsing my profile...and have a great day!
