Sheep shearing time at our "Hobby Farm" in South Australia. This takes place in the early part of the Australian Autumn. Crutching is carried out approx 6 months later. Our small vineyard can be seen in the background. We had approx 400 Cabernet and Shiraz vines planted, which yielded approx 1000 bottles of wine.
