Isabell and Mike here.
We are a very fit, adventurous, non smoking,
retired Australian couple in our mid sixties who
would like to put ourselves forward for your
consideration when making a 'house sitting'
decision regarding your home and pets.
PROFILE
In December 2004 we settled into the life of
retirement with a determination to make our
Senior years great years.
Like many other couples we had always planned to
travel once we retired, not only in Australia,
but also other countries.
Included in our travel plan was membership and
involvement in a reliable house and pet caring
organization so we could mix our travel with
house sitting. Our basic reason for this was due
mainly to our own experiences with house sitters
during our working years. On several occasions,
when on holidays, we had house sitters look
after our home and care for our animals. This
method of 'care taking' both our home and pets
had always been very successful for us.....it
also gave us an insight to the trust and
responsibility requirements expected of house
sitters.
In March 2005 we commenced our combination of
travel and house sitting and to date we have
enjoyed many house-sits for families and their
pets in NSW, Western Aust and Queensland.
We have also enjoyed 4 house-sits in the United
States.....these were done during the period of
12 months we spent in the US....a wonderful
experience.
