Semi-retired couple wishing to explore other areas of USA, Costa Rica and Europe, flexible on location and duration.

| | | | | | | We are a healthy, active couple; who for the
past seventeen years have owned and operated, on
our eighty-five acres, a yearly R.V. Park with
seventy permanent sites, which come complete
with power, sewer & water systems (we
maintain). We have recently CLOSED our RV Park
and are now sub-dividing our 85 acre lake
property into 1/2 acre residential lots. This
past summer (2009), we began the process of
selling lots in Phase 1, a new adventure for
ourselves.
We have a new home on our property and also a
winter home in Yuma, Az. Over the years, we've
learned to appreciate the true value and pride
in taking care of our various homes. Since we
are semi-retired, we are seeking to housesit and
take care of your home while you are away.
We also have had and enjoyed our own pets. We
know what it takes to keep them healthy and
happy.
We enjoy exploring new areas, whether by our
vehicle, bicyles or simply long walks.
