We leave when it is cold in the Canadian
winter!!!
January 8 - April 13, 2008 we were
entrusted with a beautiful home in Hilton Head
Island, SC. The owners were cruising on the QE
II
for three months. Not only did they leave their
home, but two precious dogs, Ford Explorer,
BMWZ3
and golf cart plus responsibilities to pick up
mail, enter the cheques on Excel and take the
$$$
to the Bank on their behalf. Distance is no
object...it is a long way from Saskatchewan to
South Carolina, but for long term, it is
insignificant.
If your home is located in a
beautiful setting,a beach,shopping, friendly
neighbours, a library, restaurants, and warm
weather, this will be amenities we would enjoy.
While looking after your property and
personal possessions, we require a computer with
high speed so we can access our web based email.
Your home will be kept immaculate and if you
have
pets, they will be lovingly cared for as far as
their strict diets followed. Some gardening and
yard maintenance keep us busy out in the fresh
air and sunshine.
Mary enjoys a brisk walk in the morning
so walking areas are also appreciated.
Scotty and Mary are definitely not 'joined at
the
hip'. Sometimes Scotty is with her, other times
he might be on a mining contract somewhere in
the
world. He is a quiet man who enjoys simple
pleasures, is fond of animals and loves birds as
well as being mechanically and technically
skilled.Mary's career was focused on tourism,
travel and hospitality.
We are both non smokers and wouldn't accept a
home which would be left with evidence of the
dreadful obnoxious weed.
While we are both in good health and enjoy
getting away to warm climates, we may as well
keep on keepin' on!!
Usually we get out of Canada by mid November and
return by late April. Two of our favourite
countries are New Zealand and Australia and we
have enjoyed many winters in the sunbelt of
United States.

provide once an interest is shown by potential
