since this January 2008. I've been a homeowner
for thirty five years and have experience
caring for a home, yard, pets, gardens and a
pool. I can let you contact the a couple of
people for whom I've housesat.
About me - gentle on furniture, appliances, an
most anything you could name; able to follow
instructions pertaining to: care of house and
plants; walking, combing, bathing, feeding dogs;
caring for cats, birds or other pets; handling
mail, bills, yard, ranch, farm or other duties.
I adopted a grown golden retriever who I nursed
through several allergies and typical retriever
conditions until her death twelve years
later..love most dogs (especially retrievers)
and cats..also fond of horses, birds, fish and
most any pet..responsible, thorough, honest,
frugal, healthy - any good thing you'd expect
from a CPA.
I've worked extremely hard and long hours and
never had children and have been divorced for
thirty years. Instead I do have a CPA license,
MS in Accounting and a BS Math Education. It
seems like a good time in my life to experience
some of the beautiful and different places I've
never seen. Don't have lots of money, but
haven't spent nearly as much as I've made. Think
if I can combine housesitting with some of my
travel pursuits, my funds will last until my
last breath.
Working as hard as I have the last thirty five
years has left me little time to travel. I've
visited San Diego and love that area and
Colorado. I really appreciate variety in
nature, architecture, gardens, wildlife, oceans,
rivers, seas, etc and want to experience this
while I can enjoy it to the fullest. Enjoy
walking dogs, hiking, boating, movies, seeing
mountains, coastlines, lakes, etc. |
