Retired Piano Teacher Wants to Help Out

| | | | | | | I am musician, piano teacher, pianist and Mom for
the past 30+
years who has had
much experience housesitting and taking care of
beloved pets here in my hometown of Houston, TX.
In the beginning, my housesitting clients were
families of my students
who were going on holiday. Now that my children
are grown, I have expanded my houseminding to
include out-of-town/state assignments.
I have been a home owner for 35 years and raised
two children, and many cats and dogs, which we
regarded as our "fur children." The older I
get , the more I have come to appreciate how
unique,how intelligent and how sacred all sentient
life is. I believe that all living things deserve
the highest quality respect and care we humans,
their guardians, can give them.
I would describe myself as honest, frugal,
practical and having good common sense. I am
healthy, (both mentally and physically), warm
and loving. I am well
educated with graduate
degrees in piano performance, music and education
but also have continued to seek to grow both
mentally and spiritually in ALL areas of my life.
I am a home-body, so you can be assured I will
spend the majority of my visit at home, in your
house, caring for your pets and property. I have
plenty of ""musical projects" to occupy myself as
long as I have wi fi for my computer. I will
tenderly care for your dog(s) cat(s),fish,
or bird(s) and water
your plants, collect your mail, maintain your
pool or small garden, cook and clean up. I can
provide references and would welcome a background
check.
In most cases I only ask that you let me stay in
your house and take care of your pets as an even
exchange. In some cases, I would like
to have use of your car while you are gone.
The conditions of the
housesit will be made clear at the time we make
the agreement.
