We are both from the Lake Tahoe area and are very responsible. We run a large yacht in the Caribbean on a six-month on/ six-month off schedule and have yet to purchase our own home- although we do own land on the south shore. We are both very clean and tidy, willing and able to do any type of maintenance, snow removal, etc. Let us take care of your home the way only someone used to running a yacht can. Maybe we can even take care of your boat as well on the lake. We are even willing to work something out if this is a vacation home, like keeping it occupied and taken care of- no frozen pipes, no burglary or vandalism, and keeping the property clear of snow and debris- until you choose to use it and finding other accomodations while you are there. We are very flexible and open to any ideas.
