I was laid off from my job as a Client Relations Manager earlier this year, and am now freelance writing for an online magazine, therefore, have a very flexible schedule. I would love to have the opportunity to explore other parts of the world this way. I have been accepted to the International MBA program at the University of Denver for the fall, but have deferred my admission until fall, to take the year off. I have traveled all over the United States, Hawai'i, Canada, Mexico, Bahamas, Ecuador, France, South Korea, and most recently, Thailand. I love dogs and previously owned a German Wirehaired Pointer named Britta. I now have a Golden Retriever puppy, Maia. I grew up on a hobby farm in the country with golden retrievers, cats, chickens, sheep, and cows. I worked in Sun Valley, Idaho one summer landscaping - planting flowers and gardens. I love to be active and run every day - I ran my first marathon last summer and do triathlons. I am very responsible and take house and pet sitting very seriously. I have previously house-sat for a family - their black lab, two cats, rabbit, and hamster. I have also house/pet sit for a family and their two newfoundlands and another mixed dog.
