I am willing to pay for my flights and rental car, should a car be needed. I do prefer short assignments 1 maybe 2 weeks. If the compensation is right, maybe longer. We live here at Fort Hood, TX. My husband is soon to be retired from the Army and is a 3 tour veteran. We have a son who 14. My mother who is 82 also lives with us. We have a very happy family and household. We own a very beautiful home here and it is relatively new. I love decorating it and enjoy being here. I understand the importance of taking care of my home as well as others. We have a rental which was our first home, and it kills me to see the renters treat my house terribly. I respect others possessions and will take care of your home as I would mine. I am a very neat person and do not require a lot. I have a best friend of 36 years and we travel together often. We grew up together in a small town in Louisiana. We went to high school and college together. We both were maids of honors in each others weddings. I guess I am telling you this because, any one who doesn't have to put up with me for that long, should tell you a little something about me! :) I am a non-smoker and do not allow people to smoke in my home as well. We have 4 small dogs. I have had two of them for over 9 years, the mom and dad...and I have one of their sons, all of which are Shi tzu's. Then we have a new addition to our family...Pacey, who is a Maltese. I have posted pictures of myself and 3 of the dogs. Pacey's picture is on its way. I am looking to use your place as a get-a-way. You know, some times you just want to get-a-way from it all. As stated before I am self- employed, well, with a husband, WE are self- employed. We own a Martial Arts Business which teaches Women Self-Defense, Cross Fit Training and Nutrition as well as Children Self-Defense. My husband does all the hard work and I do the books. I know everyone says they are honest and dependable, so I will skip that part just assuming you already know that about me!! :) I do have a resume to send to you should you be interested in knowing more about me! I am pretty much an open book! I am willing to provide employment references and personal references at anytime as well as a personal background and credit check. I can do some labor, mucking, feeding animals and small repairs if needed. I love most animals, excluding snakes or reptiles as a whole. I do not need to stay anywhere fancy (although that would be a plus) just a place that offers some solitude or just quiet, a place to relax and gather thoughts.
