Professional house sitters (mid forties) available for international housesitting assignments.

| | | | | | | We are Tom and Lin, a British couple in our mid
forties. We are professional house sitters,
therefore we charge for our services.
This usually comes to about £280 per week plus
travel costs, so here's what you'll get for your
money!
* A Europe wide £2m public liability insurance
policy.
* A watertight 20 page legal agreement
protecting every aspect of both parties' interests.
* The opportunity to meet us at a pre
assignment visit before deciding upon our services.
* Your instructions on petcare and house
guardianship carried out to the letter.
* Light gardening included.
* A list of checkable, impeccable references.
* Pets exercised, fussed, fed and spoiled
rotten (within dietary limits!).
* Mail fowarded or 'opened and actioned' if
you wish.
* Phone messages taken then passed on (if you
wish).
* Guaranteed overnight occupation of your
house, which in any case will never be left vacant
for more than three hours during the day.
* You will return to a pristine house with
happy pets and groceries in your fridge.
(Actually, the pets won't be in the fridge, but
the groceries should be.....)
We are looking for happy clients with whom we can
build a successful relationship of repeat
assignments year after year.
We house-sit because we love to travel. My skills
as a website designer are portable; so the
variety is fantastic, and some of our human,
canine, equine and feline clients stay with us in
our memories for a long time after an assignment
is over.
As we need to sustain our house sitting lifestyle,
not least Tom's website design and freelance
writing career, so we only ask that our clients
allow us access to their broadband internet signal
(NOT their home computer!).
We love keeping busy too, so optional extra
services are available at a fraction of their
regular cost, maybe landscaping of the garden or
even property rental website design. We even offer
a service of 'de-cluttering' in your absence! We
can sell your unwanted chattels on e-bay at an
agreed reserve for a modest commission.
We have been house sitting for nearly five years
with nearly fifty assignments under our belt, and
in that time only one minor complaint.
