Hello!I know this is a hard time of year but I am
looking for someone to care for my
two cats while I am away. All that is
recquired is basic cat care- daily feeding,
scooping the litter box and some sweeping since
litter gets everywhere. My cats are indoor
pets.It's best that I first describe who this
would not be a good situation for. My apartment
is not fancy so people who are used to staying in
really nice homes with all the latest ammenities
will not enjoy this place. My apartment is very
old and rustic and is in an old converted house
with 10 other units. It is downtown so their is
constant noise (traffic, church bells,
occasionally kids coming home from the bars). It
is on the third floor and there is not elevator.
I do have a television and DVD player but no
cable or TV channels, I do have internet. This
situation is best
suited for one person, not a family.
On the plus side my place is clean and quirky. I
live walking distance to all the galleries,
nightlife,resturants, an organic supermarket and
awesome coffee shop.The Blue Ridge Parkway is
easily accessible. Really great opportunity for
someone who is adventerous, self reliant and
wants to check out Asheville. My
room where you would be staying is all windows
with great views of downtown. The apartment is
old, but very clean and cozy and my taste is a
cross between polynesian and retro. Clean and
kept but nothing fancy.
My cats are very shy and timid and you may not
see them the whole time but if you are patient
and love cats they may come around.
