My(manufactured)home was built in 2004. It is a
single story and groundset, so there are no
stairs to worry about. It has 3 bedrooms, 2
bathrooms and is about 1500 square feet set on
just over two acres.
I am willing to discuss terms and negotiate
options with the right person/people. I am
looking for people who do NOT need to be paid
and have their own vehicle. I would like you to
pay for the electricity that you use over the
usual amount I pay. My electric bill is usually
about $50 in April and May, but I am pretty
conservative. I will pay all other utilities
(High Speed Wireless Internet, DISH Network,
water, trash, garbage and phone).

Features
I am located in Golden Valley between Kingman,
Az and Laughlin, NV. Both are about 25 minutes
(22 miles)away. Laughlin, NV is located on the
Colorado River and has quite a few casinos with
restaraunts, shows and gambling.
Golden Valley is very rural. My home is located
off of a very well maintained dirt road. Most of
the way here is paved road, but the last .5
to .8 of a mile is not. I have a regular car,
not a 4 wheel drive, and have NEVER had any
problem getting here. Also, this is the desert
you may see a snake or a scorpion. I have been
here 5 years and have seen 2 snakes and 3
scorpions. That is one of the reasons my pets
are strickly INDOORS. You are sure to see many
rabbits, quail and sometimes a coyote or two.
Responsibilities
Main responsibility is to take care of my pets.
I have 1 cat 20 (yes 20) years old, and 1 dog 3
years old. Both are indoor pets. The cat needs
food, water, clean litter and some attention.
She sleeps most of the time, but will wake up
and "meow" for some attention, usually in the
evening. The dog needs food, water, to be let
outside a few times a day and is bit more needy
when it comes to attention. She was rescued from
a local shelter and had not been without a human
companion for the last two years. She has only
been left alone for 3-4 hours and only when
I had to. Also, she is about 45-50lbs (medium
sized).
I have just over two acres of land but there is
no yard work, I have real desert landscaping.
That means dirt, rocks and weeds. I do however
have one tree in the backyard that needs water
once a week. "Poop Patrol" should be done twice
a week, and only takes about 3-5 minutes.
Garbage can goes out once a week for pick up.
That is about it for outside.
Inside it is up to you. If you don't keep up
with the dust and fur it will take over very
quickly. I usually dust and vacuum really well
once a week and clean the kitchen and bathrooms
as needed.
