We are a retired couple that enjoys travel and are still very active. We've both been homeowners most of our adult lives and have built homes so we know what it takes to maintain them. David prides himself in the ability to handle just about any emergency or maintenance item. We are looking for longer term sits as we would enjoy getting to know the community and what it has to offer.
David has grown up on a farm and has had pets all his life.
Some of his life experiences include the following;
- Grew up in a small university town in Illinois. - Achieved Black Belt in Taekwondo karate. - Had a long term career with a Northern Illinois nuclear utility. - Built a spec house in Illinois. - Had a real estate portfolio of 23 units in SW Florida. - Survived a glancing hit from hurricane Charley in SW Florida in August 2004, survived two earthquakes in Mindanao, Philippines in October, He enjoys travel and has hobbies of biking, ancestry research, and visiting new places.
Estrella has a house in Mexico and grew up in the Tabasco area. She has children she raised along with grandchildren. She has been politically active in her local government and has a small clothing business that keeps her busy.
