Our property isapproximately 20klm north of Townsville(20min drive).Supermarket/shops approx 5 min drive. The house is on 2.3ha and has frontage to the Black River. The wet season in Townsville is normally between December and April so you could expect some rain during the 3 month period. The large 4 bedroom house is surrounded by lawns and there is a small palm plantation 20m from the front door. The front of the house has a full length verandah that overlooks the palms and lawn area.It is a very peaceful location with abundant bird life and the odd kangaroo. We have some Dexter cattle(6 presently), a dog(Red healer pup 'Charlie') and 3 cats. There is a large water lilly pond at the rear of the house. Anybody interested in house sitting for 3 months please advise.
