We have a nice farmhouse in the beautiful hills of southwest Wisconsin, within a few minutes of a unique savanna, wetlands and a large river. The area is famous for birding, fishing and hunting, and the farm is a great place to see lots of birds, including eagles and other wildlife. We have two pet goats, three cats and plants. A village with a convenience store is just one mile away; a city of 5,000 with shopping, restaurants and organic food coop is half hour away; and Madison is about one and one-half hours away. We expect to be away for the month of November 2006 and possibly again in February of This is a quiet no-TV household, however, we have a nice library and a collection of classic movies. Due to sensitive nature of a spoiled old cat, we can't accept any come-along pets.
