Large shopping centre, Gym/leisurecentre, cinema complex, 10 pin bowling, ice rink & P.O. short distance. Close to Flinders Hospital,Uni & college. No pets, little gardening due to water restrictions, have some one come to cut grass, when there is some to cut!. I belong to mature age social single groups,I would be happy to introduce you to help you socialize & get out & about. Suit lady relocating or wanting a fresh start. Must have police check & refs.
