House and pet sitter needed from September in Te Awamutu. There are 3 dogs and 2 cats and the back yard of this open house is electronically fenced for easier care of the dogs. There are all medium sized dogs but well behaved and easy to look after. They exercise one another so minimal walking is required (collars must be removed to avoid a shock if leaving the property with the dogs). All are easy to care for and great fun. The cats are easy, one indoor and one indoor/outdoor. Te Awamutu is located about 20-30 minutes from Hamilton and has many attractions. If house sitter would like to extend their stay, it is a large 3 BR home and easy to care for but has a large section for the dogs. Some watering of plants may be required. Te Awamutu is also close to many attractions in New Zealand such as Cambridge, Matamata, Taupo, Rotorua, Tauranga, Raglan and Auckland. This house caring is more about the animals than the home, the animals are much like my family and as a veterinarian their care is of the utmost importance to us. However, the house is set up well for them to spend time touring New Zealand locally if you so desire. There is wifi, Sky TV and a comfortable warm home to enjoy while looking after wonderful animals. Please provide referees.
