A person or couple to reside in our flat of the triplex we own and rent the top 2 floors of. The major part of the work will be the maintenance responsibility for the house. The house is in an old, fashionable district near the canal (skating) and near Elgin St. with it's many bars and restaurants. Grocery shopping, LCBO and banking is all within walking distance.
