We live in the Sonoran Desert, one hour north of the Mexican border. Local attractions are Mount Lemmon, a 45 minute drive away. The Old Tucson Studios and The Desert Museum are also here in Tucson. Our home sits in the middle of town: North/Central. We are within walking distance of Frys Grocery, Home Depot, Sam's Club, Petsmart, The Tucson Mall and dining of all kinds. The house is 2300 sq. ft. Sits on one acre of enclosed land with an electric gate. No one will walk up and knock on the door. It has a pool, fish pond, tree house, trampoline. Very private. Even though it will be hot in mid summer, we have an outdoor misting system that keeps the area around the pool very cool. Indoors, we have evaporative cooling to add moisture to the air and also AC for Monsoon season, which may be starting during this time. We have a garden in the back that we would like to have watered daily. I also have plants around the pool that will need watering daily. We have four dogs, three cats and two yard rabbits. They all go in and out at will except the rabbits. Our dogs are Sofia, 70 lb. shepherd mix; Stella, 40 lb. mut; Rocky, one year old Pug, and Pudgy, 4 year old Pug. One of our cats is yrs old and takes a Thyroid pill am and pm. All animals love each other and will love you too. Animals eat am and pm. Pugs sleep in king size bed with you. Other dogs will sleep on their own beds on floor. Cats sleep wherever they want, mostly outside on summer nights. Our main concern is that whomever sits for us for two weeks must stay over night every night at the house. The Pugs cannot sleep alone and everyone would be very upset if no one came home all night. Also, in the summer heat, our garden and outdoor plants will need daily attention. Our home as been likened by many as "A Resort". You will enjoy yourself there. The beds are very comfortable. The ambiance is exceptional.
