Close to 5 or 6 beautiful beaches ( Manly Dee Why Avalon Palm Beach), golf clubs, national parks etc.
SUIT MATURE AGE ( FIT & ACTIVE) RETIREES. Must be keen dog lovers.
Our 3 dogs ( see photo) are well behaved and easy to manage. Require a brisk one hour walk every morning ( and then they sleep the day away) and lots of TLC, they love human company.
No major house keeping required other than keeping the house clean and tidy, and watering if the weather is hot
