Seeking someone to care for my late parents home in Port Alberni. We would like to find the next reliable, quiet person or couple to watch over the property & tend to the lawn and garden.
The home is in a quiet south east neighbourhood with a lovely view of the valley. It's close to walking trails, grocery shopping and other amenities.
My wife and I, or my sister, may visit for a weekend or so every 2-3 months. We retain a bedroom for our stay at the house. You will be more than welcome to stay in the house when we come to visit or you might choose to take the opportunity to explore the region around Port Alberni. It is entirely up to you. You will have your own private room and of course use of the rest of the house which is fully furnished and equipped.
This is an ideal opportunity for those seeking a comfortable retreat in a friendly community. You will be a good potential fit if you have no pets and are comfortable with paying the monthly cost of utilities, , cable and Internet.
