We are a young family looking for someone to house sit for us for 2 months in the Longfellow area of South Minneapolis. We have a medium sized home and two large dogs. We would rather that you were home a bit during the week, if possible, or retired. We aren't interested in people who like to party :). We could pay $20 per day or could negotiate a fee.
We have 2 dogs that need regular walking. Longfellow has nice coffeeshops, is close to Minnehaha Falls and park(s), 4 blocks to the Light Rail Station. Our yard is quite large and will need some raking/sweeping done over this period, usually about an hour or 2 of raking a week during the fall is enough. We have pretty quiet and friendly neighbors. We are a corner block on one busy street, one quiet street.
Requirements: * Neat + clean as we like the house kept fairly tidy and clean (we are not prudish but don't like dirty living spaces and have come home to dirty houses before from house sitters)
* Friendly * Quiet * Good with dogs * Like plants * Able bodied! * Trusworthy * Part time job or retired would be optimal * References please!!
