The house is empty because it has been recently rented unfurnished. Manasota Beach is only 15 minutes away. Venice is about 20 minutes away and Sarasota is approximately 40 minutes drive North. Punta Gorda is just 15 minutes to the south. Boca Grande Island is about a thirty minute drive and it is a great place to dine, walk around, and enjoy the beach.There is a brand new campus of USF within walking distance of the house, a public library, grocery stores, and the neighborhood is safe for walking and biking. Warm Mineral Springs is less than 2 miles away and there is a Y with an outdoor pool 1.5 miles away. I am looking for someone who can pay the utilities during this time period.
