I am looking for a mature, responsible person or couple to sublet my sweet home near Kapoho in the Puna District on the Big Island of Hawaii from February to August I would prefer someone to sublet it for the entire time.
My home is simple, quaint and cozy and comes fully furnished. It has: a gorgeous outdoor shower, sleeping loft, laundry facilities, perfect cell phone reception (for phone & internet access), ocean views, stunning night time skies, a sweet garden, plenty of privacy, fruit trees galore and a beautiful and peaceful environment. It's the perfect ambiance for writers, artists, meditators and anyone who appreciates and values living close to nature.
The rent is extremely reasonable at $400 per month. The cabin is mostly on solar and monthly propane costs are approx. $60. You simply will not find a sweeter place or a better deal in all of Lower Puna!
The primary responsibility in exchange for this awesomely affordable deal is to love up the two very dear kitties who live here. That doesn't take a lot of energy, but does require someone who loves cats and will be around to hang out with them sometimes.
Come spend the late winter, springtime and maybe even the summer too in sunny Kapoho – just minutes from some of the best snorkeling on the island, soaking in the Warm Ponds, less than 10 minutes to Pahoa town and near Kalani, Kehena and Kalapana. Even Hilo town is only 35 minutes away!
My late-model, fuel-efficient car will also be here and available for rent if someone is interested in that (to be negotiated separately from the sublet).
