Be house proud. Keep the house clean, tidy and secure at all times.
Must be non smokers and casual or non drinker.
Willing to mow the grass with a ride on mower and push mower on sloping ground.
Maintain the pool – purchase of chemicals etc.
Take phone messages and any odd jobs that may occur
Be considerate of solar system… Washing dishes and clothes before 8am and after 4pm
Pick up palm leaves, put in trailer and take trailer to dump when full.
Must have a reliable vehicle as no public transport
