We need someone to house sit, watch our dog, take in the mail etc. and interface with our tenants in exchange for free rent in a small duplex 10 minutes from Venice Beach. It's a furnished 2 bedroom/2 bath with WIFI and a washer-dryer inside. Street parking. Sitter is responsible to pay utilities during stay. Duration is approximately March 10th until July 4th of this year. At least 3 references (names and phone #s) are required. Deposit may be required.
