I live 2 minute walk from the beach, and 20 min walk from semaphore main st. The local area has plenty of cafe s, pub s and shopping areas with in very close vacinity.
I am about to start a new mining role, which is going to take me away for weeks at a time.
I require someone to stay and care for my animals, house, garden, mail etc.
I will be home from time to time, but if the house sitter needs to stay while I m home ( I get 1 wk break from time to time) that is fine. Depends on your individual needs.
