Come and have a break in our new home opposite the lovely Werribee River and parklands, in a quiet court location in Tarneit, a south western suburb of Melbourne. You are in close proximity to enjoy the best that Melbourne and Geelong has to offer. The house is also close to many local amenities and attractions such as Point Cook Shopping Centre, Werribee Plaza & Cinemas, the Wyndham Tourist Precinct which contains Werribee Park Historic Mansion & Parklands, Shadowfax Winery and the award winning Werribee Open Range Zoo with the Point Cook RAAF Museum and Point Cook Coastal Park not too far away either.
We have 2 small pug dogs and 1 shy cat that you will need to look after. Your main responsibility will be to take care of the pets and to keep an eye on the house.
Our animals are very low maintenance and there is not much to do other than feed them and keep them company. Our house is also pretty easy to run and we don’t require you to do anything other than tidy up after yourself. Having said that there a few simple points, you need to adhere to, if you agree to house-sit for us and these are not negotiable:
• If you aren’t at home during the day the animals stay outside, if you are out at night (any time after 6pm) the pets need to be inside the house as the fret at night and have been known to dig holes and escape the yard.
• There is a Council curfew for cats in our area of 7:30pm, so our cat needs to be indoors at 7.30pm nightly.
• The animals get fed around 6pm of a night.
• When House-sitting for us we do like to keep in contact with you to see how everything is going, so we'd like you to be contactable at all times.
• While we want you to have a great time whilst house sitting for us, we would appreciate you being at home most nights at a reasonable hour to keep our animals company.
• No visitors please. • No using our car • No STD Calls • Minimum two references that we can call. ( recent house sits would be good )
