I am looking for an condo-sitter to basically CHECK on my condo once a week and make sure that it is secure, and that the door is free of junk advertising and other posts while I am away for 1-2 months at a time.
I travel on the road a lot and my place is mostly vacant -- very minimal furnishings: a table, a blow-up queen bed, some basic bathroom necessities, and that's it.
I am essentially semi-located there in order to eventually refinance, but want to make sure that the apartment/condo is not being marked by potential squatters or being vandalized or anything.
I need very little, so this is a minimal cost of your time, really.
I need somebody reliable and mature who feels comfortable stopping in to essentially check on the general status of my place once or twice per week, then report to me (call or ) on the status, and possibly send some digital pictures if anything is amiss.
St. Johns is a fun and funky little community, so you can always pop in somewhere for a coffee or see a movie, etc., while you're making a run to see how my condo is looking.
