Good bus service, off-street parking, and pleasant garden with lots of birds. Easy access to freeway and five minute drive to downtown.
Requirements: Non-smoker. Couple preferred. No other pets, please.
Responsibilities: Cat feeding and litter cleanout required. Feed the many birds if you like watching them.
