We live on about 3 acres so there would be some gardens to water and lawn to mow with a ride on.Lovely neighbours The dog is 14.5 years old and only needs a walk of about 1k or less every day. Birds only need feed and water every few days. Lovely beaches, walks,golf and fishing.
