Hi! We need to find a dog-sitter immediately. The sitter we had lined up just pulled out and has left us scrambling to find someone for November 21st. The position is for two weeks in Brooklyn, New York, in the neighborhood of Prospect Heights. Our building is right at Grand Army Plaza. We live in a lovely, spacious two bedroom apartment, which you would have to yourself. The location is very convenient, near trains and all amenities and right next to enormous Prospect Park.
You would be caring for two slightly neurotic Chihuahuas, Suki and Lily. They are five and ten pounds respectively. They require three short walks per day and feeding twice daily. Other than that just lots of attention. Both girls are affectionate and like to be with you almost always. One of them is a rescue animal and has desertion anxiety. For this reason I am looking for someone to stay in our home with them. She is very used to us being home a lot and will benefit from the attention of someone who is a home body like us.
All food will be provided for them. We home cook their meals which is very easy and I will have 5 days of food already prepared.
Lily & Suki respond well to a calm, firm, assertive person. Please be a dog lover and a kind person. These are my babies and I am very distressed about leaving them to go away. If you have experience with small dogs that would be a bonus.
Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you immediately. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you are interested or have questions. We only have a few days left. :)
Sincerely,
Megan Gleeson
