My house is 2 storey 2 bedroom 2 bath with one car and no pets close to beach, clubs and shops. I need a sitter who has drivers licence to take the car for regular run, collect mail daily and forward it to me in Queensland by express post about once per month. The lawn and edges are taken care of by a contractor. Garden and pot plants nee water and fertiliser and are well mulched and easy care. Why am I looking so late for a sitter. The one I had lined up has decided not to come!
