Restored farmhouse on 12 acres in a tranquil valley, 15 minutes from Lismore. Located in the beautiful Northern Rivers region with many delightful villages. A 45-minute drive to Byron Bay and Ballina. I have a cat, 3 chooks and a cow. Chooks are free range and are shut in at night. Cow just requires access to water trough. The house gardens require watering when the weather dictates. Easy walking on most of the property, with a lovely pond and rainforest remnant and extensive plantings of trees and shrubs that will require extra watering.
My dates could be a little flexible either side to suit sitter.
I prefer an older couple, non-smokers and garden lovers would be an added bonus.
