House is in a small closeknit semi-rural community 17km from town near the Burnett River . Applicants will need to be confident in handling pressure pumps , grounds care , and animals . House is a large splitlevel timber house with outdoor entertainment area and spa . Plenty of room for storage of your own caravan . Accommodation in the house is available with separate shower and toilet . Prefer non-smokers ,please no pets inside the house .
