We have a stunning aspect sitting on 6,000 square metres of lakefront 20 mins outside of Jervis Bay and Nowra. These are traditional old fashioned 1950 cottages (3) and 2 main houses. We are fastidious to whom we let in for holiday rentals so it is not tenanted regularly.
We offer one of the cabins for free rental and utilities in return for Caretaker duties. Prefer a couple as it is a vast property.
We usually rent out 2 at a time - each house comes with 1 cottage that is self contained and each combined sleeps up to 7 guests. Being waterfront our peak time is Spring and Summer.
Your cottage is a large studio, we would work with you to have installed a new kitchen and bathroom so all will be fresh and clean. It will be fully furnished and stocked.
We are seeking honest, reliable and trustworthy, mature couple who will run our holiday property like it was your own. Ensuring there are no out of control parties (we doubt it, guests are quality people), properties are maintained - ie: light globes changed, garden looked after, always presenting clean and tidy, cabins prepared for beginning of each holiday letting and cleaned at the end. (We charge a cleaning exit fee for holiday makers which will go to you to clean).
