Hi, my wife and I go back and forth to portland oregon and need a house sitter to mow our park like property. I have a commercial zero turn mower and it takes about 5 hrs. A week. We have a 1000 sg.foot cottage on solar power (off grid) and back up generator. The house sitting duties are mowing and keeping the house clean. We live 14 miles north of hilo and have some ocean view. Must have your own vehicle. We will cover the propane for stove, washer and dryer, and hot water. I have a cat (feral) that comes by daily to feed. I can send pictures.
